01Introduction
Welcome to Green Gold Export. By accessing or using our platform for sourcing fresh produce, you explicitly agree to these standard business terms. These terms protect both the supplier and the global buyer, ensuring a transparent and reliable supply chain of premium Egyptian agricultural products.
02Quality Standards & Inspection
- All products undergo rigorous quality control (QC) before packaging.
- Buyers are entitled to request third-party inspection (e.g., SGS) at the port of loading at their own expense.
- Products strictly comply with EU MRL standards and Global GAP certifications where applicable.
03Ordering & Pricing
Due to the volatile nature of fresh produce markets, prices quoted are valid for a period of 48 hours unless otherwise stated in the official Proforma Invoice. No order is deemed accepted until confirmed by Green Gold Export via written order confirmation and receipt of initial payment/deposit.
04Payment Terms
* Confirmed Irrevocable Letters of Credit are the preferred method for first-time global buyers.
05Shipping & Logistics
All shipments are executed under ICC Incoterms 2020. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, Green Gold Export operates primarily on:
06Limitation of Liability
Green Gold Export is not liable for structural delays caused by force majeure, shipping line congestion, or customs inspections in the destination country. For perishable goods, claims regarding quality must be reported with photographic/video evidence within 24 hours of container arrival at the port of discharge.
